Minutes of the Raintree Condominium Association Annual Meeting
This past Saturday, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the clubhouse. A large number of residents were present to talk about important matters facing the condominium.
The meeting started with a brief summary from the president, who highlighted some of the community's achievements over the past year.
Following the president's speech, there was a period for discussions from residents. Numerous residents brought up issues regarding maintenance of the common areas. There was also a lengthy discussion about proposed changes to the parking regulations.
The meeting ended with the adoption of the annual budget and the selection of new members to the governing body.
Raintree Community Association Election
Attention all residents of Raintree Condominiums! This announcement is to inform you that the annual election for the Raintree Condo Board will be held on October 26th. The voting period|will|take place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Raintree Clubhouse. Residents are urged to cast their vote to choose the representatives who will serve on the Condo Board for the upcoming year.

Latest on the Raintree HOA Landscaping Project
Residents of Raintree, we're excited to provide/sharing/giving you an update on the much-anticipated landscaping project! We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.
The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.
We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction. We are working hard to minimize/reduce/limit any impact on residents and will keep/are keeping/continue to keep you updated on our progress/throughout the project/every step of the way.
